L’Apicoltura Camerini in Casale Marittimo (PI) nasce nell’immediato dopoguerra quando il padre degli attuali conduttori dell’azienda, Martino, rientrando dal campo di concentramento delle isole Haway , inizia a gestire a livello amatoriale alcune famiglie di api. Gradualmente con gli anni e la caparbietà, le famiglie aumentarono fino a trasformare lo svago in vera e propria attività lavorativa. E’ un mondo del quale ci si innamora sia per il continuo contatto con la natura sia per il fascino della prodigiosa operosità di questi meravigliosi insetti. Attualmente l’Apicoltura Camerini è una moderna azienda che con tecniche innovative e praticando il nomadismo all’inseguimento delle fioriture, riesce a produrre innumerevoli varietà di Mieli monoflorali.I luoghi di produzione sono le incontaminate foreste della Garfagnana e delle pendici dell’Abetone, i prati coltivati a fieno di leguminose del volterrano e del lago di S.Luce, le colture di aziende a nullo o a basso impatto di uso di fertilizzanti e pesticidi della Maremma grossetana , la macchia mediterranea della Riserva Naturale di Monterufoli-Caselli, gli stupendi scenari naturali tra i fiumi Farma e Merse, gli agrumeti della piana di Gioia Tauro in Calabria.

Apiculture is based in Casale Marittimo in the province of Pisa.
It was founded immediately after the Second World War when Martino,
the father of the present day owners, returned from a concentration camp
on the island of Haway and started to manage some hives as a hobby.
Gradually over the years, and with the experience he gained, the number
of hives increased until this leisure pursuit turned into a successful
small business. Beekeeping is an ambient you fall in love with not
only for its continual contact with nature, but also because of these
hardworking and fascinating insects. Camerini Apiculture is a modern
business that uses innovative techniques and the practise of nomadically
following the flowerings, which allows it to produce many varieties of
single flower honey. The production areas are the uncontaminated forests
of the Garfagnana and the slopes of Abetone, the fields cultivated with
pulses in the Volterra and Santa Luce Lake regions, the farmlands of the
Maremma (province of Grosseto) that boast minimal or non existent use of
fertilisers and pesticides, the Mediterranean vegetation of the
Monterufoli-Caselli Nature Reserve, the stupendousnatural scenery
between the Farma and Merse rivers and the citrus groves of the low
lands of Gioia Tauro in Calabria.
Die Bienenzucht Camerini in Casale M.mo (PI) entstand
nach dem 2. Weltkrieg, als Martino, der Vater vom derzeitigen Betreiber,
aus dem Konzentrationslager auf Hawaii zurückkam. Martino begann
amateurhaft einige Honigbienenfamilien zu züchten. Dank seiner
Dickköpfigkeit vermehrte sich die Anzahl der Honigbienenfamilien
schrittweise, sodass die amateurhafte Tätigkeit zur Arbeit wurde.Man verliebt sich schnell in die Welt der Bienen, sowohl
wegen des ständigen Kontaktes mit der Natur als auch wegen der
außerordentlichen Emsigkeit dieser wunderbaren Tiere.Die Bienenzucht Camerini ist heute ein moderner Betrieb,
der durch neue Technik und durch ein ausgeübtes Nomadentum, welches der
Blüte folgt, unzählige Honigsorten von Einzelblumen (Monoblumen)
herstellt.Die Erzeugungssorte sind die unbefleckten Wälder in
Garfagnana und an dem Abhang des Abetone, der mit Heu- und
Hülsenfrüchten angebaute Boden in der Nähe von Volterra und an dem S.
Luce Stausee, der biologisch gedüngte Anbau in den Grosseto Maremmen, im
mediteranen Buschwald des Naturschutzgebietes Monterufoli-Caselli, in
der wunderschönen Landschaft zwischen den Flüssen Farma und Merse, die
Zitruspflanzen in dem Flachland von Gioia Tauro in Kalabrien.
